Have you ever heard about partner yoga or acrobatic yoga?
Acro Yoga is a type of yoga that integrates acrobatic, yoga and thai massages techniques. This type of yoga can help you in different aspects. It could help you for example to build up a better concentration, trust to your partner, self-confidence, self-control and to make quick decisions. It also could help you to overcome your fear of falling and to understand other people or their reaction better. But it also relaxes you a lot.
Last year a good friend and me we got bored about our daily yoga routine and we started practising acrobatic yoga together. We watched different youtube videos and went to some acro yoga classes and fell in love of this energetic, wonderful and so different style of yoga. You can learn lots of different skills that could help you in your daily life. You can give and receive great massages. You can fly, dream and let your thoughts float away. So just grab your best friend and try a session but be careful! I would you advise to take a acro yoga teacher at the first time as it is quite challenging. But if you know what to do, it´s a great fun and so relaxing….I promise you that you will enjoy acro yoga to the fullest and get to know your hidden strength.
